Dear 4th Grade Parents Only,

Richland School District Two is asking you to complete a survey to help with our efforts to work with families in our school community. We want to make sure that we are doing all we can for our families and their students. Please complete the survey by April 29, 2016. Your responses will be completely anonymous. Enter the pass-phrase "TWO" when prompted by the survey.
